The pizzeria in Frankfurt city center!
Our pizzeria "cereza" is located right in Frankfurt's city center – between the cathedral/Römer and the Zeil shopping street. We spent a year and a half working on the concept, aiming to take the pizza world to a new level.
We use double-fermented dough and are the first pizzeria in the country to offer both Neapolitan and Roman-style crispy pizzas. From a few classics to very unusual and extravagant pizzas, we have it all.
What particularly appeals to us is engaging all five human tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami. Adding a variety of textures, such as smoked cashew crumble and a piquant spiciness, covers everything the human tongue can taste.
And so we've achieved a flavor profile that, unfortunately, few restaurants manage. Nevertheless, you can of course also order the classic Margherita from us: cherry tomatoes as a base, Fior di Latte mozzarella from Italy, basil, and yoliv, our own olive oil. Simple, delicious, honest.
As you can see, there's something for everyone. You can now make a reservation with us for groups of five or more – for smaller groups, just drop by. We'll always find a spot for you!
How do you get to us?
Whether you're coming from Ostend, Bornheim, Frankfurt West, or Sachsenhausen – you can reach us in ten minutes or less. Parking is available at the parking garages at Hauptwache or Konstablerwache, behind the building at Kleinmarkthalle, or directly on the street.
