We generally operate on a "no reservations" basis, but don't worry, since we have 40 seats spread over two floors, we can usually find a spot for you quite quickly. We also have an outdoor terrace with almost 20 seats. We make exceptions for groups of more than 5 people on our "red floor" on the first floor. Almost 20 years ago, I was in Naples and asked a pizzaioli why there weren't Neapolitan and crispy pizzas in a restaurant, and he replied quite matter-of-factly, "Impossible." Detroit Style Pizza is a third type of pizza we offer daily on weekdays from 11 am. One batch at a time, until sold out. It's a pizza with an extremely airy sourdough, 75% hydration, and less weight than our Neapolitan and crispy pizzas. This allows us to offer it more cost-effectively at lunchtime. Yes, we have something for every taste and dietary need. For vegetarians, the most popular pizzas are the "cereza black" (Neapolitan style) and the "ivory" (crispy). We get asked quite often whether we still have matcha and coffee late at night. Of course, we have matcha until the very last minute we open, and coffee until 20 minutes before closing time, as we give our San Remo coffee machine a thorough cleaning every day.
