I'm obsessed with what I do. Not in the sense of control – but in the best sense: Passionate. Restless. Attention to detail.
Always on the lookout for the
Best in the world – in ingredients, in craftsmanship, in taste.
And yet I believe:
Perfectionism is death. Because if you only chase after perfection, you miss out on what's real.
The dream of owning my own restaurant has been with me since childhood.
Today I fulfill it – with all the experience I have gained on my journey.

Ate at 4,000 restaurants worldwide, through the eyes of a seeker.
What did I learn?
Food is culture.

Cereza is my attempt to show exactly that.

He's the one who works behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. That our vision doesn't just remain a nice thought – but becomes reality.
Despite everything he can do, he is never loudNo show, no ego – just someone who with heart, mind and discipline works.
